Shipping Eligibility

We currently ship within Alberta only. Due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship to other provinces, territories, or states.

Age Verification

Upon delivery, recipients must provide a valid government-issued ID to confirm they are of legal drinking age. Packages will not be released without proper identification.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Standard delivery times are 3-7 business days. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Failed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable or fails age verification, the package may be returned. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Local Pick-Up

If we cannot ship to your address, in-store pick-up is available at our Airdrie location.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

Upon receiving your order with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with further instructions at this time if you are entitled to a refund or exchange.
